Dedh Ishqiya, Indian comedy thriller film released on 7 December 2014. The film directed by Sameer Sharma and produced by Aditya Chopra and Kumar Mangat Pathak under the banner of Yash Raj Films and Padmavibhushan Dr A.P.J.Abdul Kalam. The film features Naseeruddin Shah, Arshad Warsi, Pankaj Tripathi, Soha Ali Khan, Rajpal Yadav, Arjun Mathur, Raja Sen, Sanjay Mishra, Sushmita Mukherjee, Aditi Rao Hydari and Shraddha Kapoor in the lead roles. The story and screenplay is written by Anjum Rajabali and Vipul K Kapil. Synopsis. Dedh Ishqiya is a 2014 Indian comedy thriller film. Out from jail, Khalujaan a.k.a Iftekhar (Naseeruddin Shah) and Babban (Arshad Warsi) have nothing in common but a common struggle. Determined to survive in their own peculiar ways, they find their paths cross after being released from two years in jail. The script juxtaposes a number of comic genres including action, drama, comedy, romance and thriller. The title derives from the well known Shah-Waris duo film, Do Dooni Char (1969). The soundtrack was composed by Amit Trivedi and the lyrics were penned by Amitabh Bhattacharya. In January 2015, Naseeruddin Shah disclosed that the film was a hit for Yash Raj Films and also considered his best performance till date.The prolonged neuronal depolarization induced by acetylcholine is sensitive to inhibition by the voltage-gated potassium channel blocker, tetraethylammonium (TEA). A slow inward calcium current may play a role in causing this prolonged depolarization. Accordingly, the effect of TEA on the voltage-sensitive calcium current is studied. The kinetics of the calcium current will be characterized using depolarizing voltage pulses, which allow separation of the calcium currents activated from inactivation by depolarization. The effects of TEA on these voltage-sensitive currents are studied in cells voltage clamped at potentials positive and negative to the resting potential. The results show that the inactivation kinetics of the calcium current is voltage dependent. In addition, TEA blocks the inactivation of the calcium current.
